Questions before you sign up
Ask about your stack, your payment provider or a migration from another tool. If you can, include your site's domain and what you use today (GA4, Plausible, Fathom, a spreadsheet).
Customers: account and billing
Write from the email address of your workspace so we can find your account. Trials, plan changes and cancellations can also be handled directly in your dashboard settings.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, export or deletion of your data, or a question about how we process it: write to the same address. The Privacy Policy explains your rights, and the DPA covers the data we process for customers.
API and integration issues
Include the endpoint, the HTTP status and the error code you received. The API reference lists every error code and what it means.
